We bartenders have our dreaded days of work, full moons and home football games among them, especially when the Raiders are in town; but some days the crazies line up unpredictably. Yesterday was a two-fer of flashing lights at the Pike Pub. Incident number one involved an attempted overimbiber/crazy lady. Incident number two, the incident of note: While horsing around (as one witness put it) and sliding down a railing that leads down into the pub, some dumbass jumped off, allegedly, (fell off? probably) and went three floors down, landing in the brewery and breaking his leg.Idiot frat boy parkour gone wrong, or maybe they had beer muscles after watching THIS VIDEO? (via Columbia City blog) As one of the pub’s employees said, “The EMTs told us they didn’t want to come back again today; I think we can all agree on that.”
