Washington state’s first–and the nation’s second!–brewery cooperative is scheduled to open in Seattle at the end of 2012. Flying Bike Cooperative Brewery will be a community brewery operated by people of the owner/members’ choice and feature rotating taps of member-created and -selected beer. A location has yet to be determined.In other news, Belltown People reports that a bar and nightclub named Sarajevo Lounge–after the capitol of Bosnia–is set to take over the former Del Rey space at 2332 First Avenue.
