The Veggie GrillSouthern California based vegan chain The Veggie Grill is scheduled to open two of “many locations” in Seattle by June, according to Eater Seattle. The popular eatery features a plant-based menu of American comfort food (think Vegan fast food) including burgers, mac-n-cheese, and wings. Addresses have yet to be announced.
