The popular steakhouse chain Sullivan’s opens Saturday in the revolving restaurant space at 6th and Union (formerly The Lost Lady American Cantina and Union Square Grill). According to its website, Sullivan’s is a 1940s Chicago-style steakhouse famous for their horseradish mashed potatoes and 20-ounce bone-in Kansas City strip. They have 19 locations across the country, with more on the way.
