Uneeda Burger, a high-quality burger joint with extensive options like grass-fed beef, bison, elk, and lamb, opens officially on Monday, December 27. But if you want to get an early taste, Fremont Universe reports that they are hosting a “quiet opening” today and tomorrow. Just walk on in as you would any other restaurant.
