U Grill Rather than a conventional menu, the U Grill offers four colorful wall panels that amount to an illustrated course in assembling your Mongolian meal. After the tutorial, you’re given a bowl to fill as high as you dare with noodles and vegetables. Then your choice of six different meats or tofu is stir-fried with the veggies and noodles and served on a platter with white or brown rice.
