The Marination site has just gone live, complete with schedule and menu. Read it and weep. All I have to say is that I am now 50% more likely to attend shows at The Comet, with Marination around the corner Thursday through Sunday. Roz and Kamala expect to be rolling out in the truck end of the month. On another note, Kogi, the Korean taco truck in L.A. that’s been getting a ton of press, is in a snit over what they think is an onslaught of copycats. Yeah, because you were the first person to put food… on a truck. I know some hard working Mexican families that might be annoyed with your bluster. Puh-leez. All Kogi did was Beck the taco truck. Food is no different than fashion. Everyone feeds off each other, and the collective unconscious spits out trends like there’s no tomorrow. Also, there are approximately 295 million of us who don’t live in L.A. and don’t care.
