The Hunt Club just announced the four finalists of their chef-down for next week, all dudes, three locals and a former local turned (possible) re-transplant. Audition dinners for the Hunt Club’s new chef happen next week, April 21st through the 24th.Finalists: April 21st, Chris Jensen, currently acting as Executive Chef for the Hunt Club, will cook; Anthony Clark, who’s been in the kitchen at Earth and Ocean, Amber and Sapphire, will play chef on April 22nd. On April 23rd, Bellevue native Matthew Mina of San Francisco will present his menu, and on the 24th Tyler Hefford-Anderson, who spent eight years as sous and pastry chef at The Rainier club, takes over the kitchen. You can make reservations to help judge any of these auditions/dinners ($95, including wine) through Open Table; just enter in “Hunt Club” and pick a date.
