The best thing that ever happened to this bar may have been the one-woman show Carrie Fisher put on across the street. Don’t let the setting of a new condo complex deter you. Solo has a mellow atmosphere. Note for another time: Solo offers a daily happy hour from 5:00-7:00 p.m., featuring its housemade sangria.(Solo, 200 Roy St., Mon-Sat 5:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to midnight.)
