Stella Cafe is at 1224 First Avenue.We’ve been watching Stella Cafe creep to life over the last few months — Maggie’s already thrown down about their excellent coffee — and I’m so glad to report that they’re now serving beer by the bottle. For now. They expect their taps to be ready next week. Great to have another place to sip on First Avenue. After The Virginia Inn did its thing, I’ve been constantly on the prowl. Things look promising.
