The first U.S. franchise of a hugely popular Asian dumpling chain is coming to Bellevue Place in early fall, according to the Seattle Times. Din Tai Fung specializes in dumplings, noodle, and rice dishes. Shoppers will soon get a preview of the offerings when Din Tai Fung’s chefs show off their skills behind a glass storefront. Sadly, samples will be unavailable.
