So long, Seattle Crab Co.The Seattle Crab Co. at 1000 Northeast Northgate Way is no longer in business, according to Maple Leaf Life. Replacing the seafood restaurant will be a – wait for it – coffee shop by day and sit-down Italian restaurant by night. La Bera is aiming for a Monday, July 19 opening. In other news, Central District News reports that high-end restaurant Dulces Latin Bistro will debut a new menu and look today, including cheaper, children-friendly dishes and hardwood tables. Its owners attribute the changes to a shifting customer base and the economy. So if your kids haven’t yet fine-tuned their palette for sizzling paella, bring ’em on by.
