Rumor has it that a big-name chef is this close to signing a lease on the former Marazul space (2125 Terry Ave.). The folks at the adjacent Pan Pacific hotel were pretty tight-lipped on details, but did tell me it’s going to be a high-end steak and seafood restaurant. The valet wasn’t as discreet, adding the guy planning on moving in already has a restaurant in Bellevue.Who is this mystery man?
