Right now–right this very second–you can click through this link and find yourself neck deep in everything that’s great, edible, and/or drinkable in the city of Seattle. No, seriously. Everything. Because this is the week for our 2011 Restaurant Guide, and this year we went all out, choosing 107 great restaurants and bars in and around Seattle (because we honestly could not just stick to 100), telling you exactly what’s so awesome about them, and then arranging them into convenient Food Pyramid-style categories just to make things super easy on you.Yes, you’re welcome in advance.Like say you’re really looking for a great cheeseburger. All you have to do is flip (whether virtually or using those beefy little sausages on your hands called fingers to turn actual pages) to the Burgers section (which happens to be first), and there they are: 11 different burger joints, from Zippy’s, Pick-Quick, and Lunchbox Laboratory to the Palace Burger Royale at Tom Douglas’s Palace Kitchen.Or maybe you’re looking for something a bit lighter. Some salmon, perhaps. Or some nice sushi. Again, just find your way to the Things That Swim section of our Seattle Food Pyramid and choose from the prawns at Canlis, the yellowtail collar at Japonessa, oysters at The Walrus and the Carpenter, or potted tuna at Seatown. The list really does go on and on, from Cocktails at the Diller Room to waffles at Arosa Cafe, and every single entry is something that someone on our staff loves more than free beer and kittens. So really, why are you still reading this? Just get out there right now and pick up a copy of this week’s paper, or just visit the digital home of our 2011 guide and get eating. I promise you won’t be disappointed.Follow Voracious on Facebook and Twitter.
