Riding down NW 70th street yesterday, I ran across a new bakery, Honore. The outside looks more or less finished, and quick peek in the window revealed pastry cases ready for business.If you name a bakery Honore, presumably after the French patron saint of bakers and pastry chefs, you’re either an idiot, or you’ve come to play with the big boys.
