Raise those glasses! Capitol Hill will have a total of three new distilleries come summer, according to Capitol Hill Seattle. Sun Liquor Distillery is scheduled to open at 512 E. Pike St. on Friday, March 4; Oola Distillery at 1413 E. Union St. by spring. Lastly, Black Label Spirits, a distillery and tasting room focused on hand-crafted batches of apple brandy and vodka, joins the neighborhood this summer.
