R.I.P. Dumpling DojoPopular pop-up restaurant Dumpling Dojo is closed after a four-month run to make way for Bank of AMerica, according to Seattle Metropolitan. Owner Uyen Pham had hoped to stay through summer, but learned she’d have to vacate earlier. Dumpling lovers, stay tuned; Pham has indicated a permanent location for her counter is in the works. In other news, Spanish-Italian eatery Tidbid Bistro intends to move into a larger space by August 1, just in time for its three-year anniversary. The restaurant, currently at 2359 10th Ave. E., will be based at 1401 Broadway (the space formerly occupied by Vi Bacchus). Once settled, Tidbid will offer more seating and parking, extend dinner hours and in time, hope to add lunch service.
