Read part one and part two to learn more. Here’s Israel’s recipe for his favorite snack.Cowboy SandWitchSet burner to Med/High heat, warm up pan with olive oil. (enough to saute veggies)When pan is almost done warming throw 1/2 a clove of garlicfinely diced in to oil, let fuse until garlic browns, about 30 seconds. In the oil, saute half an orange pepper, sliced, and three mushrooms(of your choice, the magic’s in your hands.)Add 1 dash of rosemary, basil, oregano salt and pepper to saute.(Cook ’em how you want ’em.)

Put veggies on separate plate leave a little garlic and oil in pan, turn burner to medium heat.Cut silver dollar sized holes in 2 pieces of bread (of choice.)Put the bread and the holes into the same pan you sauteed the vegetables in. (you can use a knife or shot glass to cut holes) They are good for soaking up yoke or acting like your wearing bread eyeglasses …Cool!Quickly crack an egg into each hole of bread. Cook bread and eggs to desired brownness, flip then cook other side of bread the same.Turn burner down to Medium Low.Next put saute on one of the slices of bread; cover the saute with a slice or two of cheese(once again up to you, whatever floats your kayak).Sandwich the veggies and cheese with the other piece of bread.Keep flipping whole sandwich until cheese is melted then badda boom, badda Bing…COWBOY~SANDWITCHLet cool, then dig in.Goes great with an Old Rasputin (North Coast Brewing Co.) or for 21 and under, try some Ginger Brew.
