It’s Christmas, and you’re a hotel in a city. You should know your holiday hours. Seriously.Ruth’s Chris Lounge in the Grand Hyatt (721 Pine St.) open from 12:00 noon until 10:00pmOliver’s Lounge in the Mayflower Park Hotel (405 Olive Way) is open from11:30pm until 1:00am. (**May close early if it’s slow). Also Andaluca, the hotel’s main restaurant, will be open for breakfast from 7:00am until 11:00am and open for dinner and drinks 3:00-9:00pm.The Daily Grill in the Sheraton complex (629 Pike St., right across from the Meridian 16) will open 6:00am until 9:00pm.The following hotel bars and restaurants are, sadly, closed on Christmas: Lola in the Hotel Andra, Red Fin in Hotel Max, Dragonfish in the Paramount Hotel, and Von’s, which has already been proven to be a fine aperitif for Up In the Air.
