Concerned citizens can attend a 6:30 p.m. hearing on Monday, Feb. 23 at the Ballard High School library.
Some locals are up in arms over a proposal to demolish the building at 61st & Phinney, and replaces it with a four-story, mixed-use building. The current structure houses Rooster’s, Chef Liao, Daily Planet Antiques, and Phinney Ridge Cleaners.
