Join larger than life Chef Mario Batali at Seattle’s Town Hall to discuss his newest book, America Farm to Table on Sunday, November 2nd. Batali will be joined by Seattle Chef Matt Dillon to talk about how their relationships with farmers influence their menus and understanding of food in this Q&A session. Chef Mutsuko Soma ups her ramen game by featuring a regular ramen pop up, now called Onibaba Ramen, at Miyabi 45thfor lunch every Wednesday from 11-2:30 starting on October 8th. Menus will change weekly featuring small menu spotlighting different ramen styles and broths including more popular options like shio, shoyu, miso, and tonkotsu.
