Helen Mirren is my favorite of all English acting dames. Or is that a capital “D” for her? I think it is. Tonight she won a Golden Globe for her role in The Queen. She was her typical wonderful self in that film, even if it was just an alright movie. She looked amazing. What does this have to do with food? Helen Mirren starred in the best movie-involving-food ever made, Peter Greenaway’s The Cook, The Thief, His WIfe, & Her Lover. It has the most seriously sumptuous looking kitchen ever, and is wickedly weird. Here, I’ll make it easy for you with A LINK to the movie’s Netflix page.
