Dragonfish In deference to the plastic-surgery craze, Dragonfish decided to get a face-lift. New light fixtures, new red shutters, new propeller fans, and a new room for private parties contribute to Dragonfish Redux, but don’t worry: They’re still offering the same great happy hour (4–6 p.m. and 10 p.m.–1 a.m. daily), including $2.75 drink specials, $1.95 sushi specials, and assorted appetizers ($2.95–$3.95). Thai Dungeness crab cakes and the Hichimi oysters are the freshest, most flavorful choices on Dragonfish’s Thai-Japanese-Chinese fusion menu, and the drinks are unique and pungent. Be sure to try the diamond sake, a cold, semidry shot served in a little wooden cooling box. 722 Pine St. 206-467-7777. DOWNTOWN SEATTLE
