Tamara Murphy’s highly anticipated restaurant Terra Plata is now open at 1501 Melrose Ave. on Capitol Hill, according to Eater Seattle. It features Mediterranean-influenced “earth to plate” cuisine that changes based on what ingredients are in season.

In other news, Seattle Met reports that the International District’s popular Vietnamese eatery Green Leaf is opening a second location at 2800 First Ave. in Belltown.

Lastly, Central District News shares that Madrona Wine Merchants is up and running at 1127 34th Ave. Its focus is on wines from around the world that are affordable enough for daily drinking, with a majority being in the $10-20 price range.
