Good seafood is as intrinsic to Seattle as bad weather and strong coffee, a fact celebrated by perennial Seattle Weekly “Best of Seattle” winner Elliott’s Oyster House at its 18th Annual Oyster New Year Bash. The event, held on Nov. 6, featured food, live music and a contest to find the “best looking” oyster. All proceeds from the bash went to the Puget Sound Restoration Fund, which dedicates itself to restoring marine habitat, water quality and native species in Puget Sound.Photos by Stephen Giang.Published on November 8, 2010
