People are starting to flock downtown again. While neighborhood restaurants have been the gems of the dining scene for years, there is a resurgence of dining downtown. Also, people are caring more about their coffee: Espresso machines sales have increased, and we are getting more requests from guests on how to replicate the perfect cup of coffee at home.

Local ingredients don’t have to dictate dishes any longer. Instead, quality of ingredients is starting to take precedence over the need for local. This makes way for imported ingredients that can’t be replicated locally.

Skipping breakfast. Our grab-and-go breakfast options have seen a surge with coffee orders in the morning. Also, mass-produced corporate coffee. We are seeing a lot of guests switching to craft-oriented independent coffee bars.
