Free food alert! Boka Kitchen + Bar, located in the lobby of Hotel 1000 downtown, is offering free fries from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. every Friday this February. And these aren’t sad, soggy potato strands slick with grease and devoid of flavor. Boka’s fancy fries (pictured on the right) are dressed in truffle oil, truffle salt, and parsley, and served in a cute paper cone. What’s the catch? Nada. Just show up. If you want, you can even take them to go!
