Elemental PizzaThe duo behind Blue C Sushi and Boom Noodle are getting ready to launch a pizzeria in the former Grace Kitchen space at 2630 N.E. University Village St., according to the Seattle Times. Elemental Pizza will feature wood-fired pizza and an open kitchen that allows patrons to watch as their pies are being tossed. The opening is slated for mid-November.
