Part of the restaurant’s year-long series, celebrating it’s 37th birthday, this meal will feature a preponderance of shellfish, beginning with an app of three kinds of oysters (including the rare local Samish Flat, a local version of the Belon-style, flat, European oyster. Mussels come next, served with Alaskan ling cod and fresh peas, followed by Manila clams with Sablefish and bacon. Dessert is a Meyer lemon tart.
