Townsend Creamery, Blue Rose Dairy’s Rhonda Rider, Amy and Stephen Huefield with Willapa Hills Farmstead Cheese, Brad and Meg Gregory of Black Sheep Creamery and Estrella Family Creamery’s Kelli Estrella. Ray’s Boathouse executive chef Peter Birk is the man behind this meal.The menu includes such tempting dishes as Alaskan spot prawns with Blue Rose feta, Willapa Hills Two Faced Blue with Oyama Portuguese prosciutto, Black Sheep pecorino with smoked sablefish brandade gnocchi.
