Ray’s Boathouse executive chef Peter Birk is the man behind this meal.The menu includes such tempting dishes as Alaskan spot prawns with Blue Rose feta, Willapa Hills Two Faced Blue with Oyama Portuguese prosciutto, Black Sheep pecorino with smoked sablefish brandade gnocchi.
