Copperworks Distilling Company is undergoing construction at 51 University St. at the base of the Harbor Steps. The 6,900-square-foot facility will house a distillery, a tasting room and a retail shop. Its specialty: whiskey and gin. Expect to see Copperworks up and running this fall.
