Calling all dumpling lovers! On Friday, April 23, Wallingford Community Kitchen hosts Dumplings From Around the World, a cooking class dedicated to delectable balls of dough. Learn to make regional variations on the dumpling, including empanadas, samosas, piroshkies, spatzle, gyoza, and many more. Students are asked to contribute either $10 or ingredients, your choice.
