CactusLocal Mexican chain Cactus is opening its fourth location at the northwest corner of Terry Ave. N. and Harrison St. The restaurant was originally scheduled to launch late summer, but Seattle Met reports the date has been pushed to “around November 15.”In other news, U District Daily shares that the owner of Taste of India at 5517 Roosevelt Way N.E. is transforming the space next door into a restaurant featuring affordable cuisine from America, India, and the Middle East. The still unnamed establishment should be up and running in January of next year.
