Bick’s Broadview GrillThe first legal distillery in Gig Harbor since prohibition opens this fall on 56th St. N.W., according to Gig Harbor Guide. Heritage Distilling Company — dubbed “HDC” — will produce whiskey, gin, and vodka, as well as brandy. A grand opening is scheduled for November 3. In other news, West Seattle Blog reports that Westcity Kitchen is taking over the former Bohemian space at 3405 California Ave. S.W. Running the restaurant will be the folks behind Bick’s Broadview Grill and Saltoro in Greenwood.
