While a book entitled The Four Man Plan: A Romantic Science may sound like something you would find in theshudderdating/self-help section, its actually a hilarious read. What began as a one-woman show about author/actress Cindy Lus dating plights turned into a mathematical formula on how to find her (and your) three and a half man (not a perfect four, because no one is perfect), and it delights in book form as well. Too timid to buy a dating advice book? Just stumble upon University Bookstore tonight to hear Lu detail the plan herself. Involving the dating of multiple men at once in order to fill up a dating mantris graph and following rules about what level of man they are to you, it sounds like a gimmick as bad as The South Beach Diet [dont knock ited.]. But Lus humor, candid advice and genuine desire to help her fellow single gals make it seem at least kind of fun.
