Most people stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire would be happy to see a cop. Sarah Rattray, however, is not most people. A police officer who pulled over to help the Seattle woman on Friday night noticed she was impaired. Less impressive was the fact that her two daughters, both under the age of 10, were also in the car.
