At least according to Money magazine, which praised Seattle’s second downtown for its “embarrassment of arts and entertainment,” the fact that it has more jobs than residents and that, of the people that live there, nearly a third were born in another country. Demerit: You kinda sorta need to have a ton of cash if you actually want to buy a house. Moral: Rich people live in nice places. Who knew?! (Money)
