About that Dreamliner…the last two roll-outs required roll-ins and the fuselage may be wrinkled and require, in Boeing parlance, “side-of-body modifications” (which means the wings don’t attach right)–but Boeing says it is totally going to release a new flight schedule for it by the end of this year. Sure, it was supposed to fly last spring, and there was a rumor it might fly by the end of the year, but now you know that the new schedule has been scheduled! That’s as good as having an IOU for an IOU. So hold your horses, billion dollar customers. Rome wasn’t built in a day, and it didn’t even have to fly.
