Sorry, that headline and exclamation point, perhaps, could mean many things in these trying times. Hooverville, the bar, located in a stretch of SoDo that used to be home to the original Hooverville–the shantytown that grew out of the Great Depression–is open for business again after being devastated by a fire in February.
