Vancouver’s Japandroids are releasing five limited edition 7″ singles throughout this year – the first one, “Art Czars,” and its awesome B-side, “Racer-X,” dropped in April; now the duo is following up with “Younger Us,” the second single in the series. “Younger Us” is one of my favorite Japandroids tracks I’ve heard; it’s earnest, exuberant, and youthful – perfect for the summer time. The single – which also includes a cover of X’s “Sex and Dying in High Society” – will be released on clear vinyl on July 20, but right now you can download “Younger Us” for free, courtesy of Pitchfork.Click here to download “Younger Us.” Japandroids just rocked Sasquatch! and will return on September 6 for Bumbershoot.
