Mark Anthony McKinneyThe jovial looking fellow pictured at right is Mark Anthony McKinney. Police have identified him as the suspect in a incident last Thursday that left another man shot and lying in the street near the 10900 block of Southeast 256th Street in Kent. The victim later died after being transported to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. The King County Prosecutor’s Office charged McKinney with first degree murder on Monday, but the 22-year-old Kent man is reportedly still in the wind. Authorities are asking anyone with information or tips on McKinney’s whereabouts to call the Kent Police Department at (253) 856-5800.
