Dick’s Drive-In opens its first new restaurant in 37 years in Edmonds this Thursday. Dick’s Drive-In Restaurants opens at 21910 Hwy. 99 in Edmonds this Thursday at 3 p.m. Its launch marks the beloved local burger chain’s sixth restaurant, as well as its first new location in 37 years.In other news, Eater Seattle reports that Easy Joe’s Bar and Grill at 2359 10th Ave. E. on Capitol Hill is relocating to Pioneer Square.
