Duff McKagan’s regular column runs every Thursday on Reverb. Send your questions to askduff@seattleweekly.com.Hey, Duff: Why are American talk shows on so late?– Holly MooreDuff: Well, Holly, that is a good question, and I would hazard to guess that back when late-night TV started, it was a time when television as a medium as a whole was new.America has never been a hotbed for humor and sex liberties.
