A couple years ago, in charming downtown Walla Walla (the town so nice they named it twice; that, or King Colin Firth named it), a pho restaurant was to open. Its permit said it was to be called Pho Q. Brilliant! Sadly, it ended up being named something far less offensive. But down in Waco, Texas, Fat Ho Burgers is picking up the slack. It’s hard to imagine Pho Q’s raciness extending much beyond the restaurant’s name, but at Fat Ho Burgers, there are menu items dubbed–I shit you not–a Supa Fly Ho With Cheese, the Fat Chicken Ho, and the Sloppy Ho Brisket Sandwich.Man, haven’t you always wanted to eat a sloppy ho?
