Courtesy of B-Town BlogIt’s a deadly, if familiar, progression of events: drinking leads to a confrontation, the confrontation leads to fisticuffs and fisticuffs to tragedy not limited to but including murder. Based on initial reports, that’s what went down last night at Goodtime Ernies Sports Bar and Grill in Burien. The fight broke out around last call and continued as several of the combatants spilled out into the street. What prompted it is at this early point unknown, but when police arrived they found a 25-year-old man suffering from a stab wound that eventually killed him. Attempts at CPR by both police and fire rescue personnel failed, and he eventually died at the scene. His brother, 24, had also sustained multiple stabbing wounds. He was later taken to Harborview Hospital with “serious wounds.” The identities of the two men have yet to be released.Sheriff’s Deputies interviewed witnesses at the scene, and reportedly turned up a suspect, but have yet to release that person’s name. More info as it comes. (h/t B-Town Blog)
