The Weekly is proud to announce the hire of soon-to-be-former Stranger news editor Josh Feit as our new Ocean Shores correspondent, where he will cover tide charts, go-kart legislation, whether recreational horseback riders should be subjected to speed limits on the beach, and, most importantly, the timeless debate over why anyone in their right mind would want to spend their summer vacation in Open Sores when the Oregon Coast is so much nicer. Feit, who demonstrated his ability to expertly cover down-on-their-heels Washington municipalities where nothing ever happens through his “Oly Intel” column with the Stranger, will start his new gig with the Weekly on Cinco de Mayo. Welcome aboard, Josh!
