The robbers burst into the Vashon Island bedroom right before the sun came up. They came equipped with guns and duct tape, which they used to tie up the homeowner. They pistol-whipped him when he wouldn’t tell them where he was hiding the money and then threatened to shoot unless he gave it up.After trashing the place, the robbers found a small safe in the bedroom closet. The homeowner opened the safe and the thieves stole a couple hundred dollars from inside. They also got away with a laptop computer. But they didn’t get away without getting caught by the man’s surveillance camera.King County Sheriff’s Office says both men appear to be in their 20s and weigh about 200 pounds apiece.
