Vishavjit Singh — who describes himself as the only Sikh editorial cartoonist in the United States — e-mailed the Daily Weekly this morning to say he was inspired by the tale of Brock Stainbrook. Stainbrook is the man who punched a turban wearing 7-11 employee, accused him of being in Al-Qaeda, then told him to “go back to your country.” Sikhs like Singh and the accosted clerk are, of course, not Muslim. Which makes Stainbrook an idiot roughly eight times over. But at least we all got a pretty cartoon out of the whole mess!Vishavjit Singh
