When it comes to eating at El Paisano, there’s one piece of advice you need: Get there before church gets out. Although the White Center market serves hundreds of the $1 snacks wrapped in corn husks every day, there’s no substitute for getting a hot tamale fresh on its busiest day, when they’re restocked constantly.
