File this one under “Excuses that will not work in convincing police not to write you a speeding ticket.”The Idaho State Journal reports that an officer pulled over a teenage girl for speeding on Interstate 15 near Inkom in southeastern Idaho yesterday. While talking with the driver, the state trooper said the teen tried to convince him that she was speeding because she’s 34 weeks pregnant and going into labor . . . Like right now. At some point, however, the officer realized that the girl had just stuffed something under her shirt. The girl was arrested for obstruction of justice and later gave birth to a wool sweater.
